Penny grew up in the hills of Oakland and moved to Pleasanton in 1984 to start her career in Real Estate. Gary grew up in the suburbs of New York City, went to Oregon in the mid-60's to attend the University of Oregon and started his Real Estate career there in 1978. He moved to Pleasanton in 1984 to further his Real Estate career.
